Hi every body & welcome to Enchanted Hands, I'm Liz and I'm a fully qualified MAR Reflexologist. I am also a qualified reiki practitioner working to a high level in the quantum field . I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists and insured through them, I work from a beautiful healing room and am also first aid trained, so offer a safe and friendly space where you can completely unwind and relax.

For many years I worked in an office environment and also did some physical work with the many aches and pains that go with it.  In 2014 I had a health crisis and was looking for something to help me to heal.

I tried many types of healing, and found reflexology and reiki worked really well for me, giving me incredible relaxation and better sleep whilst I recovered.

I've always felt a calling to help others and decided that learning reflexology and reiki was a perfect way to do this, once I was well again.  

In March 2020 I started a level 3 diploma course in reflexology and due to the delay in being able to do the practical course, I spent my time studying and passing my anatomy, physiology and pathology exams before starting the course properly in September 2020. 

Over the following 2 years I continued my studies and was very excited to be able to practice on clients, once I had passed the course in September 2022.

The course was fully ofqual regulated and enabled me to become an MAR reflexologist. I undertook two years of intense training as opposed to an online or day course and this is why membership to the AoR is so hard to obtain why it is so important to check when choosing your therapist. Always choose an MAR reflexologist.   

Since opening my  beautiful treatment room in Ipswich during December 2022 I have built up a large client base, but I am always keen to help more people to heal.

The amazing benefits of reflexology are deep relaxation, helps ease tension, relieves stress, improves sleep quality, gives a lovely sense of well-being and by also using Reiki as a complementary therapy these benefits are magnified especially with the combined therapy.Reiki is also a fabulous stand alone treatment giving the most wonderful feeling of well-being and relaxation.
